Hyperbaric Hope Foundation Financial Assistance Overview

The Hyperbaric Hope Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to improving access to medically necessary care for underserved and vulnerable populations. We recognize that some individuals may experience financial hardship that limits their ability to pay for medical services.

This application allows patients to request financial assistance, reduced-cost care, or charity care for eligible medical treatments provided at participating medical clinics.

Eligibility Overview

You may be eligible for financial assistance if:

• You are receiving or seeking medically necessary treatment

  • Other qualifying circumstances
• You lack sufficient insurance coverage, or your insurance does not fully cover the recommended treatment
• Payment for services would cause undue financial hardship
